TICKET EXCHANGE / REFUND:  Send an email to ticketmanager@southerngateway.org.

Include your name, address, phone, old ticket info. (show date, seat numbers), new ticket request (show date, number of $20, $15, $10-child seats).  Please indicate if wheelchair seating is needed.  The auditorium has limited wheelchair accommodations.  

For refunds, simply state "REFUND REQUESTED".
